App didn't work correctly. From one month I am unable to see the my subscription option. Due to this I don't know now how much my e coupon is remaining. Very Bad and didn't expect this type of App from Nestle.

One of the worst app I have ever used. Take multiple attempts to login. Placing an order is a challenge as the response is slow. Payment redirection mostly times-out. And even after 10 days of placing my order, my coupons are not added to my digital coupon account. Whenever I called to their help center, there is always this same person who helps me, which means their IT is dependent on this one person who is handling everything. This is not expected from a brand like Nestle. Very disappointing.
